Job Description Supervise all aspects of municipal construction projects to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site. Manage material procurement and inventory for construction activities. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and budgets. Communicate progress and updates to senior management and clients. Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 8+ years of superintendent experience Experience on municipal or institutional projects Managed projects exceeding $20M in value Strong scheduling and coordination skills Proven safety and team leadership record What's on Offer Salary: $120,000-$155,000 + vehicle allowance + bonus + benefits Long-term project pipeline Supportive and experienced leadership team Strong compensation and career progression
