Job Description
Job Purpose
To drive international sales of flexible packaging products by developing new export markets, managing existing overseas accounts, and ensuring revenue growth in line with company targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new export markets and customers for flexible packaging products (pouches, laminates, films, etc.)
Manage end-to-end export sales cycle: inquiry handling, quotation, order processing, and after-sales follow-up
Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and direct clients
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Handle export documentation (LC, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) in coordination with the documentation team
Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify growth opportunities
Participate in international trade fairs/exhibitions to generate leads
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual export sales targets
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management
