About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – E-commerce to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative digital commerce products. In this role, you will own key customer-facing and business-critical initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver seamless shopping experiences and drive measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce product management, customer-centric thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to execute complex product initiatives from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for e-commerce platforms and customer experiences.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-impact product features.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
Improve key business metrics such as conversion rate, customer retention, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
Prioritize product backlogs based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Lead A/B testing, experimentation, and data analysis to validate product hypotheses.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
Monitor product performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize the customer journey.
Align product strategy with overall business objectives while ensuring exceptional user experiences
