The Operations Manager is the leads a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers. The OM directs the development of the team and executes the strategy, processes and successful project completion.
What You Will Do:Create and implement staff development plansResponsible for creation and managing the operations budget, forecasts to meet or exceed revenue and gross profit goalsHiring and supervision SPM, PM, and PE staffImproving operational management systems, processes, and best practicesFormulate strategic and operational objectives to improve schedule, safety, quality, and productionResponsible for monitoring and acting upon key performance indicatorsQuality control pertaining to project documentationIncrease the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacityManage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per units, and eliminate errorsWork closely with legal and safety departments to ensure activities remain compliantConduct budget reviews and report cost plans
What You Will Bring:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or engineering discipline1-=15+ years of project management experience in a construction environment
