We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead – Enterprise Infrastructure & Solutions who can take ownership of technology across customer engagements, lead technical teams and work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, OEMs, Delivery and Management.

This is a customer-facing technology leadership role , not only an execution/implementation position.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Technology & Solution Ownership

• Own technical solutions and architecture for enterprise customer projects.
• Lead technical discovery and requirement analysis with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads and project teams.
• Design and validate end-to-end IT infrastructure and Data Centre solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations, architecture and solution justification.
• Act as the technical escalation point for customers and internal teams.

Core Technology Areas

Strong practical knowledge across several of the following is expected:

Data Centre | Servers | Storage | SAN/NAS | VMware | Virtualisation | HCI | Networking | Backup & DR | Windows/Linux | SQL Server/SQL Cluster | Cloud/Hybrid Cloud | Infrastructure Security

The candidate should have a broad understanding of the complete enterprise infrastructure stack , with strong depth in core infrastructure technologies.

Technical Documentation

The candidate should be capable of independently preparing/reviewing:

• Technical Proposals
• Technical BOQ
• Technical Compliance
• Technical Clarifications
• Solution Architecture
• Assumptions & Exclusions
• Implementation Methodology
• Acceptance Criteria
• Technical Justification

Customer & Pre-Sales Engagement

• Participate in customer meetings and technical presentations.
• Understand customer business and technology requirements.
• Convert requirements into practical and commercially viable solutions.
• Support Sales in large enterprise opportunities, RFPs and RFQs.
• Handle technical objections and customer escalations.
• Present and defend proposed architectures to senior stakeholders.

OEM & Technology Partner Management

Work closely with OEMs and technology partners for:

• Solution validation
• Architecture reviews
• Sizing and configuration
• Technical clarifications
• POCs
• Certifications
• Technical support
• Escalations

Multi-Project Management

• Provide technical governance across multiple customer projects.
• Manage technical priorities, risks and escalations.
• Coordinate resources across multiple engagements.
• Ensure technical quality and customer commitments are maintained.

Team Leadership

Lead and develop the CludoBits technology team by:

• Planning and allocating technical resources
• Assigning project responsibilities
• Monitoring performance
• Conducting technical reviews
• Mentoring team members
• Identifying skill gaps
• Driving training and knowledge sharing
• Building technical ownership and accountability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

The Technology Lead will work closely with:

Sales → Inside Sales → Pre-Sales → Technology → OEM/Partners → Delivery → Operations → Procurement → Finance → Management

The candidate should be capable of resolving technical, commercial and delivery dependencies while ensuring one integrated CludoBits team represents the customer.

Required Experience

Mandatory

• 7–10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure / System Integration / Technology Solutions.
• Current or previous experience with an IT System Integrator, Enterprise Technology Provider or OEM ecosystem .
• Experience handling multiple enterprise projects simultaneously .
• Strong customer-facing technical experience.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Strong Data Centre / Infrastructure experience.
• Experience in preparing SOWs, technical proposals, architecture documents and technical clarifications .
• Ability to independently handle technical escalations and customer discussions.

Preferred

Experience in:

• Worked with System Integrators having min 5-7 years of experience.
