Principal Blockchain & Distributed Systems Engineer Build the Future of Web3 Infrastructure

You'll design and develop production-grade products such as:

Copy Trading Platforms Real World Asset (RWA) Platforms De Fi Protocols Yield Aggregators Lending & Borrowing Systems Automated Arbitrage Engines Auto-Hedging Platforms AI-powered Trading Infrastructure Smart Money Wallet Monitoring Blockchain Analytics Platforms Trading Bots Cross-chain Applications Institutional Blockchain Infrastructure Wallet & Identity Systems Tokenization Platforms

Every product is expected to be production-ready, secure, scalable, and built for long-term evolution. Problems You'll Own

This role isn't about completing tickets.

It's about solving engineering problems.

Examples include:

Designing low-latency blockchain transaction pipelines. Building systems capable of processing millions of blockchain events. Architecting highly available backend infrastructure for mission-critical financial applications. Developing blockchain products that continue operating despite RPC failures, network congestion, and chain instability. Building resilient distributed systems that remain reliable under unpredictable workloads. Designing scalable indexing and blockchain data pipelines. Improving transaction execution speed while maintaining correctness and security. Creating infrastructure that engineers enjoy building upon.

Exceptional candidates typically demonstrate expertise in several of the following areas. Blockchain

Strong understanding of:

Ethereum Solana Polygon Arbitrum Base Avalanche Optimism

Along with practical experience working with:

Consensus Validators RPC Infrastructure Mempool Gas Optimization Blockchain Networking Cross-chain Communication Transaction Lifecycle Digital Signatures Cryptography Smart Contracts

Hands-on experience building production-grade smart contracts using:

Solidity Rust Anchor Framework

Experience with:

Upgradeable Contracts Governance Token Standards Treasury Management Oracle Integration Multi-signature Wallets Vesting Systems Cross-chain Messaging Distributed Systems & Backend Engineering

Deep expertise in at least one modern backend language.

Examples include:

Go Rust Type Script Node.js Python

You should understand how to build systems that are:

Reliable Observable Maintainable Fault-tolerant Highly available Horizontally scalable

Experience with event-driven architecture, Web Sockets, g RPC, distributed messaging, caching, and asynchronous processing is highly valued. Trading Systems

Experience building or working with:

Understanding of latency optimization and high-frequency transaction processing is a strong advantage. De Fi

Hands-on experience with concepts such as:

Strong understanding of modern engineering infrastructure including:

You understand how blockchain systems fail.

You have experience preventing issues such as:

Reentrancy Flash Loan Exploits Oracle Manipulation Signature Replay Front-running Sandwich Attacks Privilege Escalation Smart Contract Vulnerabilities

Security is treated as a product requirement—not an afterthought. AI (Preferred)

We believe AI will fundamentally change how blockchain products are built.

Experience integrating AI into engineering workflows or blockchain products is highly valued.
