We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a remote full-time position. This role focuses on building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring high satisfaction, and driving long-term retention and growth across our accounts.

The ideal candidate is client-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships
• Understand client goals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and results
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and retention
• Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and manage expectations effectively
• Prepare regular account status reports and performance updates for clients and leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience managing client accounts, customer success, or digital marketing partnerships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and client management workflows
