: Valve Specialist (Maintenance & Trouble Shooting) : () : - Bachelors in Engineering or the equivalent technical degree required (Major in Mechanical engineering) : - Experience: At least 10 to 15 years of experience in Valve Maintenance, Experience in Actuator/Positioner maintenance, performance diagnosis, and troubleshooting The Valve Specialist, based on his/her deep technical experience and knowledge, yields proposal outputs to ensure technically and financially competitive results (Manning, Budget, Technical Bid Evaluation, etc.). • Engineering & Document Review: ITB, contract, and other engineering documents review (e.g., Valve Datasheets, Vendor Prints, Material Selection, HAZOP/SIL Study, 3D Model Review) & study for Project/Proposal. • Proposal & Estimation Support: Preparation of Technical Documents, Budget Estimations, and Manning Plans for Valve procurement, testing, and specialized site services. • Deliverables: Preparation of Pre-commissioning/Commissioning Deliverables (Procedures for Valve Seat Leak Tests, Actuator/Positioner Calibration etc.), Marked-up P&IDs for System definition, and Work Packages for specialized valve activities. • System Integration : Organize Completion Management System(CMS) relevant to valve tags and tasks • Interface Management: Technical coordination and clarification with Valve Vendors/Manufacturers, Clients, and internal engineering disciplines. • Sub-contracting Preparation: Prepare technical scopes of work for specialized valve commissioning, in-situ machining, or vendor support sub-contracting. • Site Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Work Management: • Project Control: Site Work Schedule and Progress Control for valve-related testing and commissioning milestones. • Resource & Equipment Control: Manpower, specialized diagnostic tools (e.g., valve diagnostics kits), and equipment control; support site work preparation and valve preservation management. • Sub-contractor Management: Management of valve service vendors and specialized sub-contractors on-site. • Maintenance & Troubleshooting (Operation Phase) & SAMSUNG E&A is one of the world’s leading engineering, procurement, construction and project management (EPC&PM) companies, providing total project management from concept to commissioning, serving clients in variety of industries such as energy transition, oil–gas processing, refinery, petrochemical, environmental, industrial and bio.
