Our client, a major global AmLaw firm, is looking for a Compliance Advisor to join their team.

This role will start as a 6 month temporary assignment with the possibility of converting to a permanent position.

Will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with firm leadership and attorneys to review engagement terms, assess compliance risks, oversee quality control initiatives, and provide guidance on conflicts, ethical walls, and new business intake matters. The position also plays a key role in auditing processes, mentoring team members, and developing solutions that support the firm's risk management objectives.

Ideal candidates will have law firm experience in conflicts, intake, risk management, or legal compliance, with knowledge of IntApp, conflict waivers, engagement terms, and legal research.
