Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Specialist role, requiring a hybrid presence in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include assisting clients in selecting suitable jewellery, providing exceptional customer service, and managing inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves promoting VAMA Gears' value propositions, supporting sales strategies, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Interns will also collaborate with the team on training sessions and maintaining records for sales management.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide an exceptional client experience
• Proficiency in Sales and understanding of sales strategies
• Experience with or interest in Sales Management and collaboration to meet team goals
• Ability to support and partake in Training sessions to improve processes and customer interaction
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and adaptability to a hybrid working environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or current enrollment in a related program
• Experience or interest in the luxury retail or jewellery industry is a plus

Salary

Fixed -INR 3.6L

Variable - Uncapped Incentive (sky is the limit)
