What You'll Be Owning
- Monitor customer receivables and proactively track ageing to ensure healthy collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely payment recoveries.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, ageing reports, collection dashboards, and credit exposure reports.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve order holds and payment-related concerns.
- Support initiatives focused on improving cash flow, reducing overdue receivables, and strengthening collection processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to streamline receivable processes and enhance operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, or BBA (Finance).
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or Order-to-Cash processes.
- Strong understanding of receivables management, customer reconciliations, ageing analysis, and collection cycles.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems.
