Role Overview

The CRM & Sales Executive will manage relationships with existing customers and drive repeat business through regular engagement and follow-ups. The role focuses on customer retention, repeat orders, memberships, and subscriptions rather than cold calling.

This is a target-driven role suited for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships, and converting customer engagement into sales.

Key Responsibilities

•     Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.

•     Follow up for orders and repeat purchases.

•     Drive membership and subscription sales.

•     Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products.

•     Coordinate with internal teams for timely order delivery.

•     Track customer follow-ups and sales.

•     Achieve assigned sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

•     1.5-3 years of experience in CRM, Sales, Inside Sales, Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or D2 C .

•     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•     Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

•     Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

•     FMCG/Retail experience preferred.

Working Hours

•     9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, rotational shifts.

•     6-day working week, including Sundays.
