The RoleYou'll take ownership of commercial projects from preconstruction through final closeout, working closely with Superintendents, Preconstruction, ownership, design teams, and trade partners.Lead commercial projects ranging from approximately $5M–$100MOwn project budget, schedule, contracts, buyout, change orders, and financial performanceCoordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teamsIdentify project risks and solve problems before they impact schedule or budgetMaintain strong client and subcontractor relationshipsPartner closely with field leadership throughout constructionOversee project documentation, closeout, punch list, and turnoverSupport and mentor Project Engineers and other team members
What We're Looking For3+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General ContractorProven ground-up commercial construction experienceExperience managing projects as the lead/full-charge PMStrong financial, scheduling, subcontractor, and client-management skillsPhoenix/Arizona construction experience preferredProcore, Microsoft Project, and related construction xzbcwsv technology experience a plusBackground in industrial, retail, hospitality, infrastructure, fuel/gas, ground-up, or TI construction is especially relevant
