CALL CENTER AGENT

Front-Line Team MemberAs a key member of our front-line team, you will handle incoming calls from patients, assist with appointment scheduling, answer inquiries about services, and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinical staff.Responsibilities:Answer high-volume inbound calls in a courteous and timely mannerSchedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the Practice EMRProvide accurate information regarding the services offeredRoute calls to appropriate departmentsMaintain HIPAA compliance at all timesDocument records of patient interactionsAssist with outbound calls to referral patientsOther duties as assignedPlease note this position does require you to be seated at your desk for the majority of your work day.
