Job Description
We are hiring for a 10-15 experienced Digital Practice Leader for our client in Bangalore to drive the digital engineering strategy and lead Industry 4.0/5.0 transformation initiatives.
Preference from Aerospace Engineering Services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital practice strategy and growth roadmap.
- Lead solution architecture for Digital Twin, AI/ML, Computer Vision, AR/VR, IoT, Cloud, and Digital Manufacturing .
- Experience in leading a team.
- Partner with customers on solution consulting, proposals, and technical presentations.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs.
- Build strategic customer and technology partner relationships.
- Develop reusable accelerators, PoCs, and digital IP.
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and delivery frameworks.
- Mentor and grow multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Identify emerging technologies and drive innovation aligned with market needs.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership in Digital Engineering and Industry 4.0/5.0.
- Strong expertise in enterprise digital transformation and solution architecture.
- Excellent consulting, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
