The Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Office Leasing Associate to join their New York City leasing team. The position supports senior leasing professionals in executing leasing strategy for an assigned portfolio of office assets.

Responsibilities

• Support new lease, renewal, expansion, contraction, and relocation transactions from prospecting through execution
• Coordinate property tours; prepare proposals, deal comparisons, and financial analyses
• Maintain leasing pipeline and transaction trackers
• Coordinate with Legal, Construction, Finance, and Property Management to facilitate timely lease execution
• Monitor market trends, including rents, concessions, availability, and competitive properties
• Develop relationships with brokers, tenants, and tenant representatives across New York City
• Assist with annual leasing plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Provide market research and comparable analysis in support of acquisition and redevelopment initiatives

We are looking for applicants with between 3-5 years of experience with office leasing experience or asset management a requirement.
