Mondelēz International Pakistan seeks a Field Sales Manager to lead a field sales representative team in Quetta, ensuring delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of KPIs. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to activate plans and report on performance.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills, plus knowledge of routes-to-market. Location is Quetta with no relocation support.
