Place regular repeat orders for existing products Follow up with vendors to confirm order status and delivery dates Track shipments until delivery and update internal teams Maintain purchase records, order sheets, and delivery tracking files Coordinate with stores/warehouse team for material receipt Handle basic communication with vendors regarding delays or issues Ensure timely availability of required materials without shortage Check and verify order quantities and basic documentation
