Experience: Fresher – 2 Years

Basic knowledge of computers required

Job Description

✔ Provide technical support to customers through chat process

✔ Resolve customer queries related to software, hardware, internet, and basic troubleshooting

✔ Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction

✔ Identify, analyze, and escalate complex technical issues when required

✔ Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

✔ Ensure professional communication and adherence to process guidelines

✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Good written communication skills in English required
