Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Data Compilation : Collecting operational data from multiple sources to update Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Report Generation : Creating daily, weekly, and monthly operational or sales performance reports for upper management.
• Bank Reconciliation : Matching internal cash book logs against official bank statements to identify discrepancies.
• Ledger Scrutiny : Cross-checking accounts payable and accounts receivable logs against third-party invoices.
• Error Correction : Tracking down and rectifying data entry mismatches, unallocated payments, or missing transaction entries.

Preferred candidate profile

MIS & Reconciliation Executive  should  bridge the gap between raw backend operational data and structured financial reporting . He/ She ensures that an organization's internal tracking matches its actual financial records, such as bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.

Required Key Skills

• Advanced MS Excel : Mastery over pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, index/match, and data filtering.
• Accounting Software : Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP ERP  or Tally Prime.
• Data Visualization Tools : Working knowledge of dashboard software such as Power BI  or Tableau.
• Analytical Skills : High attention to detail for identifying anomalies within thousands of rows of financial data
