Designation: Key Account Manager – HoReCa

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Role Overview : -

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to join the Sales & Marketing – HoReCa Division . The role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key customers across the Hotels, Restaurants and Catering (HoReCa) segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HoReCa accounts , including hotels, restaurants, caterers, institutional clients and food-service businesses.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market and customer segment.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer meetings to negotiation, order closure and account development.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue and business growth targets .
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
• Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies and business plans for key customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand business needs, market trends and upcoming opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts and agreements while maintaining business profitability.

Preferred Experience : -

• 3–6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development or Institutional Sales .
• Experience in the HoReCa / Food Service / Hospitality / FMCG / Consumer Products segment will be preferred.
• Should have experience managing key customers and strategic accounts .
• Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad market and HoReCa customer ecosystem will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable with customer meetings, field visits and commercial negotiations .
• Strong relationship management and business development capabilities are essential.
