Your work profile Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using AWS services (Glue, Athena, S3, Quick Sight) Data Analytics & Insights Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights. Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making Data Governance & Validation Define and implement data governance frameworks, including data quality standards and policies. Develop and maintain data validation rules and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data. Work with stakeholders to drive data quality improvement initiatives. Technical & Programming Utilize Python (mandatory) and/or other programming languages (SQL, R, etc.) for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Automate data pipelines, validation processes, and reporting workflows. Work with structured and unstructured data across various systems Stakeholder Management Partner with cross-functional teams (Risk, Finance, IT) to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Communicate insights and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Liquidity Risk & Cash Flow Management Prepare periodic liquidity reports aligned with internal requirements. Collaborate with treasury and finance teams on cash flow forecasting and process optimization.

Key skills required:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or related field.

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in data analytics

• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality controls.

• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• ‘Knowledge of liquidity risk management concepts, including cash flow forecasting and regulatory metrics is add on.
