The Market Advisor (Site Specialist) role is an on-ground advisory position, acting as the face of Propsoch during property visits. You will guide homebuyers through site visits, help them evaluate projects, and provide unbiased insights to simplify their homebuying journey. Market Advisors are supported by a strong Research & Intelligence team that provides market insights, project analysis, and data-backed recommendations.

What You’ll Do

• Guide homebuyers during property site visits and help them evaluate projects on the ground

• Provide clear, unbiased insights to help customers make informed decisions

• Track market trends, project developments, and pricing in the Mumbai real estate market

• Build strong relationships with developers and stay updated on inventory and project updates

• Deliver a trust-based, pressure-free advisory experience during every interaction

Who This Role Is Ideal For

Preferred Background

• Post-Graduate in any discipline ( Civil Engineering or MBA- experience is an added advantage )

• 2-5 years of experience in client-facing roles (sales, consulting, hospitality, or finanace preferred)

• Based in Mumbai and comfortable with daily on-ground travel across project sites

• Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills

• Curious mindset with an interest in real estate and market dynamics
