Qualifications2–5 years of Title Insurance or Escrow experience requiredCommercial title experience is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and professionalismPositive attitude with outstanding interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and managementProfessional telephone etiquette
What You'll DoProvide high-level administrative and operational support to National Commercial Title OfficersAssist with the processing of complex commercial real estate transactionsPrepare title-related documents and reports while maintaining strict confidentialityResearch title matters and compile information to support transaction processingResolve issues by applying established title industry procedures and company policiesCoordinate with internal departments and clients to help ensure timely closingsIssue documents in compliance with company procedures and applicable legal requirements
