Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging visual content for digital platforms. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to create videos that enhance brand visibility, promote services, and support campaigns.

Shyamoli Paribahan focuses heavily on brand communication, campaigns, and social media content , so the role is strongly aligned with marketing-driven video production.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for:
• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Promotional campaigns
• Bus service highlights & travel content
• Create engaging reels, shorts, and ad creatives
• Collaborate with marketing team on campaign concepts
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and effects
• Ensure brand consistency in all video outputs
• Manage raw footage, audio, and visual assets
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
• Meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

️ Required Skills

• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects / Motion Graphics/ AI Video Editing /VFX
• Basic Photoshop / Canva /Capcut
• Strong storytelling and editing sense
• Knowledge of social media trends and formats
• Understanding of color grading, sound design & pacing
• Ability to follow content calendars and marketing plans

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (Media / Film preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in video editing
• Freelancer with strong portfolio can apply
