Advisor - ITM Department: San Antonio Interactive Teller Machine Systems Role Type: Individual Contributor Why This Role Matters This role helps members access trusted, personal financial support through Credit Human’s Interactive Teller Machine experience. By delivering accurate transactions, meaningful guidance, and relationship-centered service, the ITM Advisor strengthens member loyalty, supports financial well-being, and helps Credit Human remain a preferred partner for members’ financial needs. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver a differentiated video-based member experience that reflects Credit Human’s mission, values, and commitment to the communities it serves.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong compliance with operational, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and preserve trusted member relationships by listening actively, understanding individual needs, and providing sensible financial guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to educate members on products and services that may help them save time, save money, or improve their financial well-being.
  • Collaborate with Financial Health Center teams, internal business units, and management to resolve member needs and share feedback on trends, concerns, and success stories.
  • Maintain SME-level knowledge of ITM systems, Credit Human products and services, field of membership, compliance expectations, and financial service trends.
  • Support reliable ITM operations by balancing transactions, completing self-audits, following opening and closing procedures, and rotating between sites when needed.

Experience: Required
  • Experience with cash handling, general ledger accounting, or account administration
  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience
Preferred - Banking experience preferred Skills & Knowledge: Required

  • Excellent attentive and active listening skills
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Credit Human members

Preferred
  • Episys and/or Teller Enterprise Experience
  • Bilingual Preferred
Education: Required - High school diploma or equivalent Preferred - Some college credits Schedule: Available for rotating shifts Monday – Friday from 6:30am to 6:30pm and rotating Saturdays 8:00am to 3:00pm Travel: Minimal travel may be required Compensation Details: Paygrade: 1CA The expected pay range for this position is $23.77 – $24.10 hourly. Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location. Credit Human conducts employment background checks that may be used for decisions related to employment. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
