EHS Advisor - Data Centre - Docklands

Falcon Green is partnering with a leading construction contractor renowned for delivering complex, large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects across the UK. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to support health, safety, and environmental compliance across data centre projects based in London.The successful candidate will manage EHS standards on site, conduct audits and risk assessments, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a strong safety culture and full regulatory compliance.Responsibilities:Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and standards across London-based data centre projectsConduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are takenPromote and embed a positive safety culture across all project teams and subcontractorsDeliver safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnelInvestigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and preventative measuresMaintain accurate EHS documentation, records, and reports in line with regulatory and project requirementsMonitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, and sustainability initiativesLiaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure EHS expectations are met throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:Relevant EHS qualification (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent)Proven experience in an EHS role within construction or data centre projectsStrong knowledge of health & safety legislation and industry best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholdersProactive approach to risk management with strong attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systemsFull driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
