This is a broad HR role supporting attorneys and professional staff across payroll, benefits, leave administration, performance management, onboarding, recruiting, and HR operations.

Responsibilities• Administer payroll and employee changes using ADP Workforce Now• Manage benefits, open enrollment, and employee benefit inquiries• Administer leaves of absence, including FMLA, disability, and parental leave• Coordinate attorney and professional staff performance review cycles• Manage onboarding, orientation, and new-hire documentation• Support attorney and professional staff recruiting as needed• Maintain HR records, reporting, compliance, and employee status changes• Partner closely with HR, Finance, attorneys, and professional staff
Qualifications• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience• Law firm or professional services experience strongly xzbcwsv preferred• Experience with payroll, benefits, leave administration, and general HR operations• Performance management and recruiting experience• ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices• Bachelor's degree required• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
