IT Support Engineer - Peterborough

IT Support Engineer with strong 2nd-line IT support, Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server & Office 365 experience, is required by a leading firm north of Peterborough
My client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is ready to face new challenges, as this will be a hands-on role.
Key Skills required:
Excellent 2nd line IT support experience
Experience with Windows Server 19 / 22 at an admin level
Windows 10 / 11 experience
O365 suite - Azure, Intune, Entra ID experience
Good working knowledge of support on-prem and configuring hybrid infrastructure environments
VOIP telephony support
Networks - TCP/IP etc.

Key roles and responsibilities:
Delivering courteous and expert IT assistance to all personnel.
Diagnosis and resolution of IT concerns via remote and on-site methods.
Deployment of desktop/server software and hardware solutions.
Enhancement and maintenance of current infrastructure.
Regular proactive upkeep of server and desktop systems.
Thorough troubleshooting of user problems.
Crafting comprehensive support materials.
Contribution to the routine administration of IT systems.
Not only will you be joining a leading local organisation , you will have plenty of scope for growth and further development, if you wanted to undergo any certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, CompTIA etc.) and a clear progression path to Infrastructure Engineer/Subject Matter Expect level.
