The following should be included in the daily responsibilities:

• Patients need to be seen face to face within 24 hours of admission

• On-site coverage

• Rounding

• Consults

• Face to face patient care

• Scheduled Team conferences (these are already prescheduled, cannot be rescheduled)

Team Conference Schedule:

• Monday 8:30 AM

• Wednesday 8:30 AM

• Friday 11 AM

Will not cover outpatient clinic - Only Hospital Inpatient Rehab coverage.

100% adult rehab

Number of Patients Per Day: 10-20 on the unit

24 Hour Lab Available

24hr Anesthesia Department

Documentation System/EMR: Cerner

Trauma Level/Designation: Level III

Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, etc.): BLS

PM&R Required Procedures: Pre-Admission Screening Review and Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics, Discharge Summary/Med Rec, Weekly Care Plan Documentation, Post admission evaluations, face to face visits, IPOCS, PAPE/H & P.
