Our team sells retail investment property, single-tenant net lease and multi-tenant shopping centers, to private capital and institutional investors. We are a small, tight group operating inside one of the largest real estate platforms in the world, which means our clients get boutique attention with institutional reach behind it. We strive for setting a new bar of excellence for the industry and have become known for going above and beyond for each client we have the privilege to work with. We view this as a stepping stone, not a destination. As we grow, this seat could lead to becoming a producing broker on the team with a pipeline of your own. It is normal for us to hire and promote from within, always looking out for the future of each person on our team. This is a client-facing job, not a back-office one. You will be on the phone with buyers, sellers, escrow officers, title reps, lenders, and attorneys every day, and how those calls go is how our clients experience our team. It is also the single best way to learn this business. Nobody understands a deal better than the person who has run every step of it. Because the team is small, we are looking for someone who genuinely likes being part of one. We take care of each other here. We need someone who has our backs while we have theirs, and who would rather raise a problem early than let it show up at closing. If you are the kind of person that likes to strive for excellence while being a part of a team of people who care about each other and the client, this would likely be a great next step for you.
