The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing general construction operations of ground up construction projects valued at $5M to $30M+. The ideal candidate will have a background in ground-up construction, leading and completing projects
Select ResponsibilitiesInterface with local jurisdiction inspectors and city and county officialEnforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetingManage the work performed to ensure it conforms to the contract documentDelegate tasks to Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other field staffInvestigate and resolve day-to-day field issueComplete accurate job and progress reports and other related project documentationResponsible for overall project success, including safety, profitability, scheduleDevelop schedules and determine sequencing of work. Identify and implement recovery strategies to maintain project scheduleProvide daily xzbcwsv correspondence to the Project Manager related to progress, performanceMaintain professional working relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and SubcontractorQualificationMinimum of 5 years as a Project Superintendent overseeing ground up, new construction projectSkilled in Procore and/or other construction-related computer software, as well as Microsoft Office
