7-Eleven Store Manager7-Eleven Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, including customer service, employee supervision, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, cleanliness, and compliance with PMG company standards. Candidate is a dependable, hands-on leader who can motivate a team, maintain high service standards, and keep store running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIncludes, but not limited to:Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basisOperate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, and paperworkAbility to train, coach, and hold employees accountableExecute daily tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiencyReports to store in emergency situations: Break-in, robbery, alarm setting, failure of staff to lock up and set alarm, etc.Remain drug free and submit to random drug screensFollow and adhere to all policies regarding vendor check in procedures, inventory reporting procedures, employee discipline procedures, and employee handbookPerform work with Integrity, Honesty, and RespectMaintenance of records and inputs data into computer system providedEnsure all shifts are coveredManages the operations of the store including but not limited to:Cleanliness, customer service, inventory, stocking, ordering, and any other requests from District and Area ManagerTraining will be provided on your duties and responsibilitiesRequirementsEducationHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), or college degreeSkills & AbilitiesBasic math, cash-handling, and computer skillsPrevious restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experienceValid NC Driver's LicenseSchedule FlexibilityStrong customer service and communication skillsLeadership skillsWork a minimum of 45 hours per weekWorking Cell Phone with texting abilityThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
