Test Manager

Test Manager – £65,000 – London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office) Please note: This role does not offer sponsorship and candidates will be required to commute into the office 2 days per week. La Fosse has partnered with a leading not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced Test Manager into an established team. This role will play a key part in shaping the future testing strategy, driving automation adoption, improving testing processes, and leading end to end test activities across a range of transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will help mature the testing function and embed best practices across the organisation. Key Requirements: Experience managing CRM platforms. Proven ability to define test strategy and lead end-to-end testing delivery. Experience driving automation initiatives and transitioning teams from manual to automated testing. Strong team leadership and mentoring experience. Background supporting CRM implementation projects. Experience participating in and supporting UAT activities. Trusted advisor capable of recommending the right tools, approaches, and specialist resources to ensure successful delivery.
