Role Description The Outreach Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for expanding and nurturing Hanfluence Technologies' relationships with clients, partners, and communities. In this role, the specialist will plan and execute outreach campaigns, engage prospective and existing stakeholders through email, social media, and virtual events, and maintain clear and consistent communication across channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research to identify target audiences and collaboration opportunities, responding to inquiries, providing timely follow-up, and documenting outreach activities for reporting and analysis. The specialist will work closely with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure that messaging is aligned with company goals and that outreach efforts support business development and brand visibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging messages and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience for prospective and existing clients. Candidates should possess Research skills to identify new outreach opportunities, understand audience needs, and gather relevant market and community insights. Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to plan and coordinate campaigns, build relationships, and engage partners, clients, and communities. Relevant qualifications include experience in outreach, marketing, or community engagement, preferably in a technology or professional services environment. Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and basic data reporting; ability to work independently in a remote setting; and strong organizational and time-management abilities.Details
