Accounting Systems AnalystPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Accounting Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance financial and accounting systems, including OneStream and related applications. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A to support accurate financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.

The ideal candidate combines accounting knowledge with technical aptitude, enjoys troubleshooting, and is eager to learn. This position provides day-to-day user support and assists with system improvements that increase efficiency and usability.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Systems SupportAssist with administering financial applications, including account reconciliations, task management, and consolidation workflows.Perform routine configuration updates, report modifications, and basic business rule changes.Maintain metadata, hierarchies, workflows, dashboards, reports, and user access.Respond to user questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns as needed.Financial Close, Planning, and ReportingSupport consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes from a systems perspective.Partner with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A to understand reporting needs and develop solutions.Provide month-end technical support, including data loads, validation, and transformation rule maintenance.Monitor system processes and integrations to identify and resolve issues.System Maintenance and EnhancementsAssist with monitoring system performance and resolving user issues.Gather business requirements and support testing and implementation of enhancements.Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.Document system procedures, configuration changes, and user instructions.Support user training and contribute to system enhancement planning.Collaborate with external consultants on new functionality and implementations.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience.One to two years of relevant experience.Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle EPM, BPC, or similar financial consolidation software.Strong interest in learning financial systems and enterprise applications.Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsPrevious OneStream experience.Understanding of month-end close, financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.Experience in a SOX-controlled environment.Experience working in a collaborative corporate environment. xzbcwsv Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or data integration concepts.
