Role Overview A hands-on, field-intensive leadership role owning *day-to-day operations, P&L, service quality and team performance across a cluster of outlets. This is a floor-first role for someone who has scaled and run multi-location consumer-services or retail businesses — spa/salon/clinic experience is welcome but not required*. Key Responsibilities - Own complete P&L for assigned outlets — revenue, cost control, (EBITDA)margin, - Drive revenue via *membership/subscription sales, renewals, upsell, cross-sell* and footfall-to-conversion - Improve core retail metrics — *staff productivity, utilisation/occupancy, retention, * - Enforce *SOPs, service protocols, hygiene, guest safety, quality benchmarks* - Track *(NPS)()* and mystery audits; own the guest experience - Recruit, train, mentor and manage floor front-office teams; control *attrition* - Run operations across formats — *airport, hotel, mall, high-street* - Manage *inventory, retail products, procurement, shrinkage* - Ensure *statutory, lease, (Shops & Establishments)(), GST and operational compliance* - Support *new-outlet launches, pre-opening, fit-outs, ramp-up* *Preferred Candidate Profile* - *9–15 years* in *multi-unit / cluster / area operations* in any professionally-run consumer-services or retail format - Backgrounds welcome: *salon, spa, skin/aesthetic clinics, optical, diagnostics, QSR/café, fitness, fashion & beauty retail, hospitality, banking-retail branch ops* - Proven ownership of *4 outlets* with full P&L - Strong on *membership / subscription revenue models* - Comfortable travelling *60%* - Data-fluent: *POS, CRM, dashboards, roster tools* (Zoho, or similar) *Preferred Experience* - Airport / hotel / mall / high-street retail operations - Teams of *400* - Pre-opening & new-unit launches *Target backgrounds (illustrative):* Kaya · Kaya Skin Clinic · VLCC · Enrich Salons · Lakmé Salon · Naturals · Jean-Claude Biguine · Four Fountains · Tattva · O2/Ode · Oliva · ClearSkin · Lenskin/*Lenskart* · Titan Eye · *Starbucks India · Domino's · Third Wave · Cult.fit* · Shoppers Stop · Nykaa retail · and similar multi-location consumer businesses.
