Minimum 5-8 years of direct experience as a Service Now Application Developer Experience developing, configuring, and customizing the Service Now platform to meet business requirements Working knowledge of the process for developing and supporting custom applications Experience with Service Portals, UI Builders, Workspaces, Playbooks, UI Component Development Hands-on experience with Service Now App Engine, Studio, Scripting, Workflows, UI Builder, Workspaces, and Integration Hub Strong experience with Java Script Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities, as well as independently with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Build configuration dashboards, real-time agent activity views, and explainability surfaces that let users guide or supervise AI models. Experience in Agentic AI is must
