Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our healthcare and housing facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. In this field-based role, you’ll perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair building systems, and respond to work orders to minimize disruptions to client services. Duties include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC support, and safety inspections. You’ll collaborate with mission-driven staff in a trauma-informed, inclusive environment while ensuring our spaces meet regulatory and safety standards for vulnerable individuals and families.
