Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist for our TIRR Memorial Hermann Outpatient services in the Greater Heights area. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adults and/or pediatrics with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans that support functional recovery and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, document care in the EMR, and participate in team meetings and quality initiatives while upholding evidence-based, patient-centered care.
