Hardware Technician

Job Description Minimum Qualifications: - 2 years of building and managing lab with devices. - Technical support experience or equivalent working knowledge in computer hardware and networking. - Experience in managing MacOS and iOS devices. - Experience in automating device management using Python, bash and Ansible. - Strong in diagnosing and resolving system and user-level issues in MacOS, iOS or Linux. - A team-player in nature with good communications and documentations skills.
