Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position in West Palm Beach, FL, for a Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will manage the full life cycle of recruiting to source, screen, and place top engineering talent in roles with client companies. Daily tasks include identifying and engaging candidates, maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions that align with their business goals.
ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidatesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure engagement, retention, and long-term satisfactionLeverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, job boards, referrals, and networking to identify top technical talentCollaborate closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand job requirements and deliver high-quality candidate pipelinesConduct regular pipeline reviews to assess progress, identify gaps, and adjust sourcing strategies as neededMaintain accurate and timely candidate data within BullhornCommunicate updates to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring transparency and a positive experienceCoordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers, and assist with onboarding as required
What We’re Looking ForTechnical recruiting or relevant sales experienceGoal-oriented, motivated, and results-drivenOrganized, accountable, and reliableCoachable with a strong work ethicAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)Strong ability to build rapport and maintain trusted relationships with candidates at all levelsProficient with ATS systems such as Bullhorn, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boardsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence talentStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneouslyComfortable with high outbound activity including calling, sourcing, and candidate outreachProactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results
RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience2+ years of technical recruiting or relevant sales experience
