The Real Estate Operations Manager will serve as the day-to-day operational anchor for Griffin & Partners Real Estate. This person will oversee transaction timelines, coordinate team workflows, improve systems, and make sure important responsibilities continue moving without depending on the Team Lead to remember or personally manage every detail.The right candidate will be comfortable working hands-on while also thinking strategically. Initially, they will learn the team’s current transaction, listing, communication, and administrative processes. From there, they will help define responsibilities, lead daily operational meetings, improve accountability, document procedures, and support the implementation of new AI-powered workflows.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, taking ownership, solving problems, and helping a growing business operate more effectively.Position DetailsEmployment: Full-time, W-2Compensation: Starting around $55,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity.
