ONLY LOCALSRequired Skills:4+ years of experience in hands-on IT support experience, providing end-user support across multiple office locations.Experience managing support tickets through, including troubleshooting, prioritizing, and resolving issues from start to finish.Hands-on experience building and configuring computers from scratch, managing software licenses, and handling user permissions.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory,· Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, including diagnosing and triaging offline computers.· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.· Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support a wide range of users, from plant and warehouse employees to executives.
Work Description:Level 1 and 2 desktop support to corporate, remote, and plant employees.Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and general network connectivity issues.Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other business applications.Document support requests, maintain technical records, and assist with inventoryIdentify opportunities to improve IT support processes and system performance. xzbcwsv Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues and provide knowledge sharing and user training.
