We proudly serve our communities by offering a wide selection of Russian and European products.The Non-CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for picking up, loading, and delivering customer orders from NetCost Market stores and/or facilities to designated delivery locations. This role ensures accurate, safe, and timely delivery of products while following assigned routes and company procedures.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPick up delivery orders from designated stores and/or facilitiesLoad delivery vehicles neatly, securely, and safelyDeliver assigned orders to customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner according to the delivery address listed on the order labelEnsure orders are delivered accurately and in the same condition as received at pickupFollow designated delivery routes and schedules using the company's delivery softwareOperate handling equipment safely and in accordance with safety regulationsComply with all route expectations and operational standards set by managementProvide courteous, professional, and customer-focused service during all deliveriesSafely operate delivery vehicles and follow all traffic laws and regulationsAssist with managing returns, refused deliveries, and redeliveries as directedMaintain high standards of health, safety, cleanliness, and sanitationWork collaboratively with customer service, sales teams, dispatchers, and management to support daily operationsMaintain reliable attendance, strong performance, and a teamwork-oriented mindsetPerform other duties as assigned by the Dispatcher or E-Commerce Operations ManagerDriver & Vehicle RequirementsValid driver's license (required)Personal MINIVAN available for work-related useValid vehicle registration (required)Active auto insurance policy with declaration pages provided (required)Willingness to authorize a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checkClean driving record in accordance with company standardsValid professional or commercial license, if applicable to assigned dutiesSkills & Professional AttributesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational and time-management skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsCustomer-focused attitude with a professional demeanorAbility to maintain a professional appearance while representing the companyAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAbility to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
