About the Role

Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in strong verbal and written communication.
• Need experience in the customer support domain for this role.
• Graduates and undergraduates can both apply.
• 6 months' customer support experience is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer support in travel process or aviation.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Problem-solving skills.
