Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Encompass Health seeks an Acute Rehab Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this role, you’ll assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation setting. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and support a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous clinical improvement.
