HugoBank seeks a senior leader to own the Cards and Payments domain across Retail and Merchant & Business Banking. You will define value propositions for consumer and merchant segments, lead market benchmarking, and drive a unified rail and infrastructure strategy with external partners.

You will own the product roadmap, oversee delivery with Technology and Operations, manage key vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving growth and profitability across the portfolio.
