Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

<p>Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercises and functional training, and support fall prevention, mobility, and pain management. Working in a supportive, patient-centered culture, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care accurately, and contribute to residents’ functional gains, independence, and quality of life while growing professionally through mentorship and ongoing education. </p>
