About the Role
Account Manager Responsibilities:
Making outbound dials to clients and answering inbound warm leads.Selling the value and benefits of our products.Negotiating and overcoming objections from clients.Building long standing relationships with your clients and servicing their continual needs.Identifying the needs of the clients and offering the most appropriate product to suit their needs.Following up on call backs to meet customer’s expectations.Establishing your own client base and being responsible for managing those clients.Lead busting to generate new client acquisition to the department.Delivering call backs to save returns.Ensure you have an in depth knowledge to be a product specialist in the market place.Meeting challenging targets.Be positive and polite and maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times.Be a company ambassador and advocate of our brand.Adherence to quality measures in line with FTC regulations.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent rapport building skills.Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven record of at least 1 years sales experience over the telephone.Ability to multitask a multitude of duties.Time Management.Ability to understand the needs of our customers.Ability to promote company products.Reliable and committed to the role.Self motivated.Work as part of a team building team relationships. xzbcwsv
Pay range and compensation package:
Base Salary - $40,000 plus commission. First year 120K. Second year-175K-225K
